Customer Service Agreement 

We hope you enjoy your excursion with our company. Below are some rules to keep Angel G event LLC and you on the same page! Note, to attend an angel G event LLC excursion, you must sign and date this agreement. If this isn’t signed by the day before the excursion, note; you will not be able to get your money back due to our non-refundable policy.

Section One - Liability of Property

Note, there are cameras on the bus, and both Angel G events LLC and the transportation vendor will do our best to assist, however, again Angel G events LLC and our transportation vendor will not and cannot be liable for theft of property.

Section Two - If you miss your ride/bus

Section Three - Behavior on the excursion

a.  You must abide by all rules given by Angel G events LLC staff and vendors. Please see customer rules and regulations for more information. This is to ensure all customers/patrons have a safe and comfortable excursion/event

b. If you break any of the rules from the customer rules and regulations, Angel G events LLC has all rights to remove you (customer/patron) from the excursion/events.

  2. Angel G events LLC may ban (customer/patron) from future events

Section four - Ticket sales

a.  ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL unless the event is canceled by Angel G Events LLC.

 2.   It will be a credit to be used towards another event unless Angel G events LLC has given written direction to the customer/patron that the refund will be returned back differently

Section Five - The event is not happening because of a lack of interest or other issues.

As we desire as a company to offer our services to everyone, we understand everyone might not like our approach or the company as a whole! With that said. You will receive a full refund of the ticket price!

    a.  Angel G events LLC will contact the customer/patron directly to work out details

    b. Customer/patron may receive a credit instead of monetary compensation back. 

Section Six – Accidents

Angel G events LLC goes out of its way to make sure everything is safe and reliable for our employees, vendors, and customers/patrons while on our excursion. If an accident does occur Angel G events LLC carries liability insurance for our events. We will work with all parties to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note the following

1.  You will be required to obey all Angel G events LLC staff and transportation vendor requests.

2.  Angel G events LLC carries liability insurance because our transportation services are contracted. If this situation did occur our transportation vendor would be liable. This is why; it is extremely important that customers/patrons follow our customer agreement and customer rules and regulations agreement. If you break any of our rules in any of the agreements, you will be barred from any of our events because you have become a liability to our company and vendor.

3. If you would like to file a claim. You will have to contact angelgevents7@gmail.com directly

1. You will be required to obey all Angel G events LLC staff and transportation vendor requests

2.  Angel G events LLC or the transportation vendor will contact medical authorities to assist with the customer/patron.

Note, for liability purposes; Angel G events LLC employees, vendors, and others may not assist in medical emergencies. This is to cover all stakeholders involved in the accident and make sure everyone is safe from legal liabilities unless authorized by medical staff and/or patron.

3.  A customer/patron may give Angel G events LLC staff,  transportation vendor, or others permission to help regarding their medical emergency, however; the customer/patron waives all rights to sue Angel G events LLC, transportation vendor, or anyone on our excursion that helped.

Section Seven – Refusal of Service

Angel G events LLC seeks to work with all customers and patrons that seek our service, however; there will be times we may refuse to service a customer/patron.

1.      Who has broken our customer agreement and/or our customer rules and regulations agreement

2.      Unable to accommodate the customer/patron

4.       Would or could hinder our service and business reputation.
