Missed ride on excursion/trip
a. If you miss your ride/bus
Angel G events LLC and the transportation vendor will not be liable if you miss the bus. Note, patrons/customers will receive a 30- and 15-minute text before the scheduled departure of the chartered bus departure if patron/customer has signed up for text message service alerts. (Service rates may apply).
If you miss the bus, please contact us immediately. As stated above, we are not liable if you miss your ride/bus, however; we will try to work with you (in good faith and reason) but again, we are not legally liable to help.
Arrival - missed your ride/bus from venue
All tickets are non-refundable and Angel G events LLC reserves the right to not have to refund or give a credit because of our non-refundable policy, please see ticket sales in section four of our customer service agreement.
2. Departure - missed your ride/bus from venue
You (customer/patron) will be liable for all cost to get you back to your ending destination.
3. I am not a resident, can I still purchase tickets through your service?

4. I am a resident at an apartment complex, how can we get your service?
Email us @ angelgevents7@gmail.com so we can start the process to see if we can come to your property!
You may pass along our information to your property manager and they may reach out to us!
If you are interested in tickets, email us @ angelgevents7@gmail.com, and we might be able to pick you up or add you to a group!
5. I am a property manager and I would like to offer your excursions to my residents, how can I make that happen?

6. Are your events insured?
It is important to adhere to our customer service agreement and customer rules and regulations agreement. Note, you must sign both agreements before you can join the transportation excursions. In addition, if you break any of the rules in our customer service agreement or customer rules and regulations, you will be barred from our service. Also, we only work with licensed insured transportation companies
7. What are your COVID protocols?
While on the bus, you must wear a mask! This is to insure we protect each other while on the excursion. Also, some of the places on our excursion have their own rules regarding COVID, we suggest you become familiar with their rules as well!
